Dr. Jeannette M. Anderson

Dr. A has been in private practice for over 20 years.  She received her Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri and completed her externship focusing on athletic injury and rehabilitation in Vermont.  In 2002 Dr. Anderson was the Medical Director at the Liberty World Challenge for Outrigger Canoe and in 2004 she was selected Team Chiropractor for the United States Track and Field Team at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. Dr. Anderson is also an accomplished athlete in her own right.  Dr. A. is a mentor to junior level track and field athletes and is on the medical staff for U.S. National and International Track and Field competitions. She is a marathon runner, a tri-athlete, avid skier and bike rider.

She obtained her athletic training certification and completed graduate studies in exercise physiology from Brooklyn College and LIU Brooklyn.  Dr Anderson continues her education with chiropractic care, wellness, technique, rehabilitation and nutrition courses. She also speaks nationally on these topics.  Dr. Anderson combines chiropractic care and a healthy lifestyle to reach each patient’s goal of wellness, through proper diet and nutrition, exercise, reduced stress levels, posture, ergonomics and rest to achieve a balanced body. Optimal health is achieved through personalized programs which benefit both athletes and non-athletes.
