		<description>I use this method after long runs and Marathons. Most recently to recover quickly after a Marathon to prepare for another in two weeks. I was walking normal the next day, and running at marathon pace by the third day. Being an older athlete (40+) it has definitely cute my recovery time in half. Thanks for the article.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been running in 5-fingers for 2 years now--mostly on trails. I&#039;ve retrained myself to run in them. Where I once had knee pain I no longer do. My weekly average mileage is around 30 miles and I usually do a long run of 10-15 miles once a week. The simple fact is that you can not simply slide a pair on and go for a 10 mile run for the first time. You should build up to it from walking to running and then increase the mileage.  I can&#039;t see how running with minimal shoe is bad for you any more than running on a pitch up sole would be. This is the way Nature intended us however Nature never involved 10 miles on asphalt or cement.</description>
